Personal Training is specific to your personal goals.
Nicki is our highly qualified and experienced Personal Trainer, who always succeeds with clients that are wanting to succeed themselves. Training can consist of Cardiovascular training, boxing, weight training with weights and bands and the new innovation; Kettle bells, and core work on fit balls and bosu's. Nicki specifyes in fat loss, running training and pre/post pregnancy.
 
 
A monthly exercise and Nutrition plan will also be included in your package with on going support on the phone and via e-mail.
